After an accomplished military career, most of which cannot be discussed, Retired LTC Rich Hoover is leading HMH through our Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) strategy where we help highly-qualified, retiring servicemen and women transition to business ownership through acquisition. Our goal is to create great leaders that grow meaningful enterprises that support our communities. A critical offshoot of our strategy is the ability to help reduce the risk of veteran suicide by engaging our ex-military in rewarding pursuits. Rich hold an MBA from Rice University and lives in Denver with his wife while enjoying spending time with his three adult children.

Chris is the founder and managing partner of HMH and developed the investment thesis for Acquira and our Funds. After a 25-year career in real estate and wireless infrastructure portfolio management, principally at Crown Castle International (NYSE:CCI), Chris finds inspiration today by investing in small businesses and helping others along a path toward autonomy and independent wealth. Chris earned his MBA from Rice University, is on the Board of the Rice Business Alumni Association, recipient of the Jones Scholar Award, and part-time guest speaker for the graduate Acquisition Entrepreneurship program. Chris lives in Houston with his wife, son, and the occasional Frenchie.

Prior to joining HMH, Jerry's career included stops at CITGO, Enterprise Products, Buckeye Partners, Oiltanking, and Belvedere Terminals. As our operating partner for Landa Mobile Systems, Jerry
Jerry has more than 25 years of experience in Midstream Energy and Infrastructure with a focus on strategy, business development, and execution. Prior to joining HMH, Jerry's career included stops at CITGO, Enterprise Products, Buckeye Partners, Oiltanking, and Belvedere Terminals. As our operating partner for Landa Mobile Systems, Jerry is building a mobile communication tower manufacturing and leasing business with clients around the world. Jerry earned his MBA from Rice University and he resides outside of Houston, Texas with his wife and five daughters.
